FalconPay offers various services, including but not limited to:

Wallet services

Fund, hold and manage your Naira balance.

Value-added services (VAS)

Access additional financial services such as mobile top-ups and utility payments.

Local payments in Nigeria

Send and receive payments within Nigeria through our partnership with a payment service bank.

You agree to use these services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate services for violations of any terms outlined here.

You agree to use FalconPay’s services solely for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the platform for fraudulent activities, including but not limited to:

• Money laundering
• Financing terrorism
• Fraudulent or deceptive transactions
• Attempting to bypass security protocols

If FalconPay detects any of the above activities, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and report it to the relevant authorities.

FalconPay takes fraud prevention very seriously. We have robust monitoring and security systems in place to detect suspicious activity, including unusual transaction patterns or activities linked to known fraudulent entities. We reserve the right to investigate any activity that appears suspicious or violates our terms.

If we determine that a payment or transaction is related to fraudulent activities, we will:

• Immediately freeze the payment or transaction.
• Notify you and the relevant authorities if necessary.
• Reverse the transaction, if it has already been processed.

By using FalconPay, you agree that you may be required to return any funds received through fraudulent or unauthorised activities. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the suspension or termination of your account.

FalconPay may charge fees for certain services, including transaction fees, processing fees and withdrawal fees. These fees will be clearly stated on the platform. By using our services, you agree to pay any applicable fees.

Fees applying to a particular transaction will be disclosed to you in advance, and you acknowledge that they may vary depending on the nature and volume of the transaction.

All payments and transactions are processed through our secure system, but you acknowledge that FalconPay is not responsible for any delays or errors in processing payments or transactions that are beyond our control, including those involving third-party financial institutions.

We also reserve the right to refuse or delay the processing of any payment or transaction if we suspect that it may be related to fraud or any other unlawful activity.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised. You agree to:

• Immediately notify FalconPay of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Follow all applicable laws, including those related to financial transactions.
• Maintain the accuracy of the information provided during registration and update it as necessary.
• Comply with any additional rules or guidelines issued by FalconPay in relation to specific services or promotions.

In no event will FalconPay be held liable for the actions of third parties, including payment processors or financial institutions, involved in your transactions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FalconPay, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions. This includes any claims resulting from fraudulent transactions, improper use of services, or violations of local laws.

FalconPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time without notice if we believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activities, or acted in a manner harmful to the platform or its users.

You may also terminate your account by contacting our support team, but you remain responsible for all transactions made prior to termination.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
